Video and audio recordings of any interviews you complete, along with AI-generated transcripts

Interviews and profile matching AI-generated scores

The TalentHQ application information: email, name, location, LinkedIn profile, compensation expectations, preferred work environment, availability, contract type, and relocation preferences

Job offers and associated compensation received through the platform

Usage logs (e.g. activity on the platform)

From Clients:

Name, email, hashed password

Company name, role/title, team/organization info

Job descriptions

Job offers and compensation details extended through our platform

Usage logs (e.g. logins, activity on the platform)

From Candidates:

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here, or as required by law. We provide the option for all registered users (clients) to delete their accounts and associated data directly from within the platform.

Candidates, who do not create accounts but may submit applications and complete interviews, can request data deletion by contacting us at support@talenthq.ai.

TalentHQ will comply with data deletion requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, the client/candidate understands that certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes, even after a deletion request has been processed.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on the TalentHQ platform. TalentHQ will make best efforts to notify users of any material changes to the Privacy Policy, such as through email or a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is the Client's and Candidate’s responsibility to review the Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes. The Client's and Candidate’s continued use of the TalentHQ platform after the posting of any changes constitutes their acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If the Client or Candidate does not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, they must discontinue their use of the TalentHQ platform.

By using the TalentHQ platform and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the client/candidate acknowledges that their data will be collected, used, and shared as described in the "How We Use Your Information" and “Data Sharing” sections above. TalentHQ reserves the right to use and share the client/candidate’s data for the purposes outlined in this agreement.
